Rewards at The Coleshill School
At The Coleshill School, we believe in recognising and celebrating the hard work, kindness, and responsible actions of our students. Our rewards system, powered by Class Charts, is designed to motivate and inspire our students to embody our core values of SPIRIT and Work Hard, Be Kind, and Take Responsibility.
Rewarding Excellence
Through Class Charts, our staff can easily award points to students who demonstrate excellence in their academic studies, extracurricular activities, or exemplary behaviour. These points are tracked and displayed on each student’s profile, allowing them to see their progress and achievements.
Celebrating Milestones
As students accumulate points, they unlock various rewards and recognition, such as:
- Bronze, Silver, and Gold badges and certificates for reaching specific point thresholds on our SPIRIT pyramid
- Praise messages sent home to parents as part of our Feel Good Friday
- Termly reward trips and activities
- End of year awards ceremonies to honour exceptional achievements
